We are looking for a confident SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Uxbridge.

The Role:You'll be supporting children with SEND needs within a specialist provision, helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take initiative, build strong relationships and confidently support children with a range of complex needs.

Key Details:Start Date: Immediately (following successful trial)Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pmPay: £95–£110 per dayLocation: Uxbridge

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with SEND (essential)Knowledge of complex needs, including Autism and communication difficultiesConfident managing behaviours that challengeAble to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and familiesReliable, proactive and able to hit the ground runningA calm, patient and resilient approach
