Receptionist - London Bridge \n\nTemp-Perm - June start \n\n(approximately 3 months temping) \n\nSalary £25,000 - £28,000 \n\nAdditional benefits and generous travel allowance once the role goes perm \n\n8:15am - 5:15pm \n\nAre you an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Receptionist to join a dynamic team at our client based in Southwark, London.\n\nAbout Our Client:\n\nOur client is a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, known for delivering high-quality building services solutions to the Commercial, Residential, and Refurbishment sectors. They are passionate about providing innovative engineering solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and innovation.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nAs a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the business.

Your responsibilities will include providing professional reception duties, ensuring a clean and tidy office space, answering and redirecting calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and supporting the Directors with administrative tasks.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nGreet visitors and callers with a friendly demeanour\nMaintain a clean and tidy reception area\nManage incoming/outgoing post and deliveries\nCoordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all necessary preparations are made\nProvide administrative support across departments, particularly HR and Operations\nKeep an updated inventory of office stock and ensure timely replenishment\nArrange for maintenance and repairs of office equipment\nAct as a designated Fire Warden and support Health and Safety administration\nEnsure compliance with fire safety procedures and documentation\nCollaborate on company events and employee engagement initiatives \n\nAll about you \n\nPrevious office administration or reception experience\nEducated to A-Level or equivalent\nProficiency in all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word\nHighly organised with a methodical approach to tasks\nProactive and able to work unsupervised\nAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines\nDetail-oriented with strong data input skills\nExcellent telephone manners and professional communication style \n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nBe part of a vibrant team that values innovative ideas and proactive problem-solving.\nContribute to a positive workplace culture while enhancing your professional skills.\nEnjoy a role that provides variety in tasks and responsibilities, keeping your day exciting!\nFun, social environment! \n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
