This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, long-term work with a reputable contractor.\nKey Responsibilities\n * General property maintenance\n * Kitchen and bathroom rip-outs\n * Radiator replacements\n * Garden posts\n * Repairing leaks\n * Replacing taps and mixer showers\n * Wall and floor tiling\n * Carpentry\n * Painting and decorating\n * Plastering\n * Working at heights and using ladders where required\nRequirements\n * Proven experience in multi-trade work\n * Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards\n * Own tools required\n * Own van required\nWorking Hours\n * Monday to Friday\n * 8:00am – 4:00pm\n * 40 hours per week\nPay & Benefits\n * £180–£200 per day\n * Free or subsidised travel\n * Free parking\n * Ongoing work on long-term social housing contracts\nIf you are interested in this role, please apply via this advertisement
