What We Offer
??Salary:
Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 £40,814 per year, pro rata
(Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
???Contract Type: One-Year Fixed Term Contract
Part Time 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do
Teach and assess learners across a range of Maths programmes, including GCSE and Functional Skills
Deliver engaging, accessible lessons that build confidence and understanding
Support learners with varying abilities, including those who may lack confidence in Maths
Use creative and practical approaches to make Maths relevant to real-life contexts
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
What Youll Bring
A relevant Maths qualification (Level 3 or above)
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Experience working with learners or supporting others in education or training
A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
A teaching qualification is welcomed but not essential
